Aimee earned a Master of Science Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa. She is a professionally licensed engineer with over 15 years of experience in engineering consulting and research. She has leveraged this expertise to foster STEM career connections, bringing science-based activities and events to local schools. Ms. Matthys serves as the President and Chairperson of the Organization and serves on the Organizations Board of Directors.
