Single Session Programs: You are entitled to a full refund if we receive written cancellation of your registration 48 hours prior to the scheduled single session program. You may do so by emailing edobrez@homewoodsciencecenter.org. Homewood Science Center will mail a check to the address listed on your registration unless you make other arrangements in writing. Homewood Science Center will not provide a refund if we do not receive written cancellation within the allowed 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Some restrictions may apply.

Multiple Session Programs: You are entitled to a full refund if we receive written cancellation of your registration 48 hours prior to first session of the scheduled multiple session program. You may do so by emailing edobrez@homewoodsciencecenter.org. You may receive a prorated refund if you choose not to continue a multiple session program upon completion of the first session. You must notify us in writing if you choose not to continue a multiple session program at least 48 hours prior to the second scheduled session. Homewood Science Center will mail a check to the address listed on your registration unless you make other arrangements in writing. Homewood Science Center will not provide a refund of any sort if written cancellation is not received within the allowed 48 hours prior to the start of the second scheduled session in a multiple session program. Some restrictions may apply.

Fundraisers: Homewood Science Center does not provide refunds under any circumstance for fundraiser registrations.
