• Submitting a rental request does not guarantee space availability; staff will confirm via email.
• Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted only in the lobby area.
• No alcohol or pets allowed on premises.
• Once approved, an invoice for the rental fee will be sent; payment is due within 48 hours. No refunds.
• At the end of your event, please return tables and chairs to their original positions and dispose of trash in provided bags.
• If you need space for multiple days or longer-term use, indicate this in your request and staff will follow up.
